it is loads of fun and great for developing young students self-discipline, motor skills, self-confidence, and respect.

this class they learn goal setting and start moving into the more technical side of self defense and also have the opportunity to grade and move up in the ranks

Uechi-Ryū (上地流 Uechi-Ryū) is a traditional style of Okinawan karate. we have been teaching uechi-ryu for over 40 years in Australia.

our head trainer here at activate "shihan" nick moulas 5th dan has been training for over 30 years and teaching his own students full time for 15 years under the strict guidance of his father hanshi Arthur moulas 9th dan.

Muay Thai or literally Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.

This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. ​

our "shihan" nick moulas has been teaching muay thai for over 15 years and has travelled to Thailand to learn from some of the best trainers the sport has to offer.
